Visit the Verve AI app listing on the Shopify App Store
Click “Add app” and approve the installation in your Shopify admin

How do I install Verve AI for WooCommerce?
For WooCommerce merchants, Verve AI is installed as a WordPress plugin:

Sign up for our 14 day free-trial
Once connected, Verve AI will sync your products, variants, and order history automatically.
How do I sign up if I’m a WooCommerce merchant?
WooCommerce merchants connect to our app directly from their Wordpress dashboard. Your Verve AI account and WooCommerce accounts are linked for security purposes.
Billing and account management are handled directly through Verve AI (not via WordPress or WooCommerce).
How does billing work?
Shopify merchants:
Billing is handled through Shopify Billing, so your subscription appears directly on your Shopify invoice. No separate payments or credit cards required.WooCommerce merchants:
Billing is managed through your Verve AI account on our website. Your subscription renews automatically unless cancelled.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes — absolutely.
Shopify merchants:
You can cancel by uninstalling Verve AI from your Shopify admin. Once removed, billing stops automatically.WooCommerce merchants:
You can cancel anytime from your Verve AI account dashboard. Your subscription will not renew after cancellation.
There are no long-term contracts.
What happens to my data if I uninstall or cancel?
When you uninstall or cancel Verve AI:
Your store is securely disconnected
Your account data is flagged for deletion
All data is permanently deleted within 30 days (or sooner upon request)
